FAQ...

What payment options do you provide and do you accept insurance?

It is our policy to accept payment on the day of service.

We are providers for most insurance policies.  We will assist you in submitting your claims to your insurance company(s).

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Be sure to ask about our Wellness Program (cash payment option).

Students – ask about our special Student Rate for those choosing to pay cash for treatment!

Payment plans are available.

Note: In order to serve our patients in a timely manner, Complete Chiropractic requires 24 hours notice for cancellations or to reschedule an appointment.  A $30.00 fee will be charged for missed appointments and cancellations without 24 hours notice.  Complete Chiropractic is sensitive to emergency situations that may not allow for a 24 hour cancellation notice.
